One never knows when God is going to call them away from this life. Blink of an eye, thief in the night, and all that...
I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all the members here for taking part in this forum and suffering me to be part of it for this brief but pleasant tarriance. I have no plans for shuffling off this mortal coil this evening. but as I say one never knows, and I just wanted to properly say thanks for your time and input, while the day is ours. I have reaped some rich blessings despite all the confusion and disagreements so frequent on these message boards.
Sharing His Word is always profitable, and I always come away the richer for it. The Lord shall give the increase, our labors are never in vain...

saved: Carry on thou faithful, if slightly askew servant.

Buzz: 'nough respect due. Thanks for helping me fend off the Newmans and such.

dave: As wrong as you are about several matters, I believe you are a decent enough fellow.

Little Lamb: Thanks for consistently putting a smile on my face.

Eurogal: May the Queen forgive us both for our impropriety here.

Leo: You're none to kind, nor do you take any flack off anyone, we need more like you in the world, stay true to Jesus, He knows you've got his back in the trenches.

JayD: For a fanatical four-flusher, you're all right. I hope your Grandad improves and is welcomed into His Rest when the time arrives.

me again: I think I'm going to miss you most of all, like the tinman or was it the scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz? Anyway, you are responsible for my being here at all, and deserve continual cursings from all the members here for it, but I thank you. Job pretty well done. I believe you've earned your heart and brain.

clint, Tom, Ron, and anyone I forgot: I hate to group you together as you are all very different, but I had little discussion with each of you, and so I've very little to go on. You all seem to have good heads upon your shoulders. May they stay upon them for as long as you need somewhere to put your hats.

:hi: all...

Couple more I forgot...

kevingaily: You're an original fellow. Don't lose that gift.

7thwatch: You have a good heart and I'm sure He will eventually mold it to serve Him undividedly.

May we all yeild to Him.

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. Romans 6:13

ES,

You better stay and not go anywhere unless the Lord calls you home.

If your computer breaks down buy a new one.

Ack! Don't even breathe a word of jinxation against my computer, I've been through three already. My first was a MAJOR pain in the rear!

I really enjoy my computer and can't leave it alone. It's been worse since we got broadband.

ES,

I know exactly what you mean. Death is generally unexpected for the majority of us and when it happens, everyone is so surprised. My cousin, who is my age, recently died and it was a shock because "he was too young to die," but we never know when our "time is up." ;) I wish that I could press this home to the unbeliever as well. :(

When the unbeliever dies, his "time is up" for all eternity. It is over. There are no second chances. Today is our day of salvation. We must make a decision for the Lord Jesus Christ right now. This mental ascension is imperative.

When I died without Jesus, my eternal fate was presented to me -- and it was horrible. :( I am a rare exception because the Lord gave me a second chance. I hope to proselytize some of my unsaved bretheren to the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ -- before they die, thus sparing them a horrific eternity outside of the kingdom of heaven.

On the 9th of this month Eveningstar wrote his message of implied leaving of this TReview forum. In fortune cookie style each of us got a taste of his viewing our interactions. It is now the 14th of this month and E.S. is still posting. That must mean something.

I will believe that he is not going to do self-killing.
If he is planning such a horror, please talk to us about it first.
If he is just in a dark mood from the seasonal aspect of sadness that surrounds lots at this time of year, then please also talk to us about it.
If he is suffering from an terminal illness and expects his life to be snuffed out soon, please tell us about it.

Your mission may not yet be over for this forum.

However, it was real nice and loving of you to even make the polite move to say goodbye. I sense there is much more of you we have missed getting to know. It is difficult with this media. We want to respect the private rights of happenings in others 3D world. We don't know just why each one is even here typing one to another. There are so many possibilities of reasons. Some of us have two or three reasons as motives.

I do like being close and intimate with choice people.
This media makes it almost impossible for true friendships.
The coming and going of cyber beings behind monikers displaying only a fraction of who they are in reality makes it ever so hard to get a true grasp on a person.

Eveningstar, forgive me please if ever I have hurt or offended you in anyway. I wish the debt, if there be one, be cleared from the record before either of us should die suddenly or unexpected.
