Hey everyone,
One of my personal ministry projects was helping a small Christian hospital located in the Philippines. It's in a place called 'Calbayog' which is on the island of Samar and in the fifth largest city of all the Philippines.

Well, this hospital is small in size, rated for about 15 beds, but it really is a significant hospital for the people and the area. It's ran by Christians, and I wanted the rest of the world to know about it. Perhaps even donate a few dollars if you felt so moved.
I personally have never been to the Philippines yet. But my father and grandfather went to war to protect it. So, it must mean something special to the U.S. And when I started to learn about this little hospital that did so much, I got to know some of the people there, and I could tell how genuine they were in their faith and I realized they did so much in the name of Jesus.

Lastly, while this hospital is part of a small chain of hospitals, it really gets so little in terms of donations. Medical equipment sent there is taken up by the larger hospitals in Manilla and other places leaving this hospital with nothing. Their x-ray machine is over 30 years old, and much of their other equipment is often in repair or broken.
Pray for these wonderful and kind people who are doing God's healing ministry to so many who have absolutely nothing.
